ALL INDIGENOUS YOUTH WORK STUDENTS CLAIMING AN ENROLMENT FEE DISCOUNT WITHOUT A HEALTH CARE OR PENSION CARD MUST COMPLETE THIS.

This form proves to Central Queensland TAFE that you are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in order to receive the enrolment fee consession. This is not needed if you are not indigenous, or if you have a pensioner or health care card issued by Centrelink and can provide us with a copy (the same discount applies).
