This form proves to Mt Isa TAFE that you are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in order to receive the enrolment fee consession. This is not needed if you are not indigenous, or if you have a pensioner or health care card issued by Centrelink and can provide us with a copy (the same discount applies).
